Before your appointment

  • Complete Intake Form: Please complete your intake form before your appointment. This helps us understand your concerns and provides a thorough background of your health history.

  • Insurance Information: If you plan to use insurance for coverage, bring your ID and insurance card to verify your benefits and ensure proper billing. We are in network with BCBS, HMSA, VA, HMAA, HMWG, Kaiser/ASH, and Cigna East.

  • Arrive Early if Needed: If you can't complete the intake form ahead of time, arrive at least 15 minutes early to fill it out in the office.

  • Review Policies: You will be asked to review and sign our office policy and HIPAA policy, ensuring your health privacy and consent to treatment.

  • Questions or Assistance: If you have any questions or need help with the forms, please reach out to us.

During your appointment

  • Consultation: Your appointment will begin with a discussion about your health concerns, goals, and any specific areas you'd like the doctor to focus on.

  • Assessment: The doctor will perform a physical examination to assess your posture, range of motion, and areas of discomfort. This may include orthopedic and neurological tests.

  • Chiropractic Adjustment: Based on the assessment, the doctor will perform chiropractic adjustments to correct misalignments, improve mobility, and relieve pain. Adjustments may involve gentle manual techniques or the use of specialized instruments.

  • Additional Therapies: Depending on your needs, the doctor may incorporate additional therapies such as soft tissue work, stretching, or therapeutic exercises to enhance your treatment.

  • Patient Education: The doctor will provide guidance on post-treatment care, including exercises, stretches, or lifestyle modifications to support your recovery and maintain your progress.

  • Feedback and Questions: You'll have the opportunity to provide feedback and ask any questions about your treatment or ongoing care.
